1. Reservation

Reservations are confirmed only after full payment or the required deposit has been successfully received.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival

• Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to cancellation charges

5. Guest Capacity

Each accommodation has a maximum occupancy limit. Additional guests may require extra charges and approval.

6. Smoking Policy

Smoking is prohibited inside rooms and indoor facilities. Designated outdoor areas may be provided.

7. Pets

Pets are currently not allowed unless specifically stated for selected accommodations.

8. Property Responsibility

Guests are responsible for maintaining the condition of the property during their stay. Damages caused intentionally may result in additional charges.
